Our History

HILLHOUSE ROOF RESCUE came into being in 2003, when Rick Hillhouse completed his Painting and decorating apprenticeship and recognised the shortage of skilled workers in the Brisbane Roof restoration industry.

At first sub-contracting to some of the big roofing companies…. Rick soon excelled to the top of his trade being the ‘go to man’ when jobs were too difficult for others or when leaks could not be found by other roofing contractors.

As the reputation of HILLHOUSE ROOF RESCUE grew, the business was able to move away from sub-contracting work with the bigger roof restoration companies and acquire its own work, soon becoming the leading business for quality roof restoration and repair work in Brisbane.
